Get Started
Connect TriggerDeck on iPhone, check your monitoring data, and set up push notifications if you need them.
Connect TriggerDeck to your Zabbix server and make sure you can browse monitoring data before setting up push notifications. Once connected, the Product Tour shows the rest of the app.
What you need
- iPhone with TriggerDeck installed Use a device that can reach the target environment and is ready for direct validation of the monitoring flows you care about.
- Reachable HTTPS URL for the customer’s Zabbix API The iPhone must be able to reach the server URL over the expected network path.
- Supported Zabbix version
TriggerDeck currently supports Zabbix
6.0 LTS,7.0 LTS, and7.4. Zabbix8.0is available as experimental support while upstream8.0builds continue toward LTS. Additional compatible versions are6.2,6.4, and7.2; support for these versions is restricted and untested. Patch versions follow the status of their minor line. - Zabbix API token with read access Scope the token to the problems, hosts, values, charts, and detail context the operator actually needs to browse.
- Optional alert-gateway deployment Only required if you want APNs delivery. It is not part of the direct read path.
Setup path
Check problems, hosts, Items, charts, and details in the app before setting up push:
When to switch to Product Tour
Use Get Started to connect and check a server. The Product Tour covers daily monitoring, dashboards, settings, backup, and multiple servers.
Before you enable push
Push is best-effort and intentionally separate from data browsing. If you cannot browse problems, hosts, Items, dashboards, or charts directly from the app, do not troubleshoot push yet. Fix direct access first.
