Read Charts and Dashboards
Open charts for numeric values and read Zabbix dashboards in landscape on iPhone.
Open charts from the current workflow
Open a chart from the value you are inspecting:
- from Problem Details when a relevant numeric latest-value row is visible
- from Items when a host-scoped item should be inspected over time
On the chart, choose a time range to see how the value changed. TriggerDeck selects the data source for short or long windows.
In the app
Numeric chart screen
A chart opened from Problem Details or Items shows the selected numeric value over time. Change the range to inspect a shorter or longer period.
Choose a dashboard
Open Dashboards and choose a dashboard for the selected server. TriggerDeck remembers your choice for that server. If you open Dashboards from Host Details, the dashboard view stays scoped to the selected host.
In the app
Dashboard picker
Choose a dashboard from the current server's list. The selected dashboard is remembered when you return to this server.
Read dashboards in landscape
Rotate your iPhone to landscape to read a dashboard. TriggerDeck arranges its widgets for the smaller screen, with paging, page tabs, and a shared time-window control. For compatible widgets, the time window lets you compare values from the same interval across a page.
The reader supports graph, gauge, item-value, clock, problem summary, severity breakdown, top-list, host-availability, and action-log style widgets on iPhone.
In TriggerDeck 0.9.4, dashboard compatibility with Zabbix 8.0 beta and experimental builds is experimental while upstream 8.0 changes. Supported widgets that inherit the dashboard period can use its default time window.
Use manual refresh in Dashboards to reload widget data and dashboard structure from Zabbix. If widgets were added, removed, moved, or reconfigured, the reader can show the updated layout without closing the dashboard.
In the app
Landscape dashboard reader
In landscape, page through dashboard widgets and use the shared time-window control to inspect an interval. Widgets that inherit the dashboard period can start with its default window.
