Work with Problems

Review current and past problems, narrow the list, and open details or actions.

Move through the Problems modes

Open Problems to review issues on the selected server. Switch between:

  • Active for current work
  • Recent for recently changed problems
  • History for the broader event trail in the selected time window

The controls above the list show counts and let you change the view, filter, sort, group, or search without leaving Problems.

Problems in Active mode

Problems opens in Active mode, with current issues in the list. Use the mode switch for Recent or History, or the floating More, Refresh, and Search actions to change server, update, or search.

Organize the queue

Use the controls in Problems to narrow or reorganize the list:

  • filters such as host groups or current status constraints
  • tag filters for focusing on the labels already used in the connected Zabbix environment
  • sorting for faster scanning
  • grouping for alternative queue structure
  • inline search for narrowing the visible set quickly

TriggerDeck remembers these choices for each server. After switching servers, check which filters or grouping are active before interpreting the list.

Problems filters and organization

Filters and tag chips narrow the Problems list; sorting and grouping change how it is arranged. Active chips show what is currently applied.

Act on a problem and open details

Open a problem row’s actions for a quick response from the list. Tap the row to open Problem Details, where you can inspect:

  • refreshed summary and severity
  • latest values near the problem context
  • chart shortcuts on supported numeric rows
  • technical metadata for the current event context

Problem action flow

A problem row has actions you can use from the list. Open its action menu to respond without first opening Problem Details.

Problem Details

Problem Details shows severity, a refreshed summary, latest values, and event metadata. When a numeric value has a chart shortcut, use it to inspect that value over time.
