Release 0.9.4
Zabbix 8.0 experimental support starts the next compatibility track.
v0.9.4 lets teams begin validating TriggerDeck against the current Zabbix 8.0 beta and experimental line while upstream builds continue toward the future LTS release.

Zabbix 8.0 Experimental
TriggerDeck now has an explicit path for early Zabbix 8.0 validation.
Support is experimental in this release because Zabbix 8.0 is still moving. TriggerDeck now allows 8.0.x connections with an explicit experimental status, uses the modern API-token authentication path, keeps JSON item values out of numeric chart requests, and validates the current dashboard reader against the 8.0 demo surface. The compatibility work already covers the native Problems, Problems by severity, Graph, Graph (classic), Gauge, Item value, Clock, Top hosts, Top items, Top triggers, Action log, and Host availability paths where the current 8.0 contracts align. Unsupported or changed widget semantics, such as scatterplot or unsupported graph dataset behavior, degrade explicitly instead of pretending to render stable data. This track will continue through beta, RC, and GA so TriggerDeck can support Zabbix 8.0 LTS from day one when upstream finalizes it.
Tag Filters
Problems and Hosts can now be narrowed by monitoring tags.
Tag filtering gives operators a cleaner way to focus queues and host inventory by the labels already used in their Zabbix environment.
Problems
Problem rows now carry more live trigger context before drill-down.
Inline latest item values appear directly in Problems, host-scoped problem lists, and dashboard Problems widgets, so operators can see the freshest signal behind a trigger before opening the full details screen.
iOS App Functionality
v0.9.4 starts experimental Zabbix 8.0 support, adds tag-focused filtering to daily monitoring views, and keeps dashboard reading moving forward on iPhone.
- Added Zabbix
8.0experimental support so teams can begin validating TriggerDeck against current beta and experimental builds while support continues to evolve toward the future8.0 LTSline. - Added tag filters to Problems, including discovered tag suggestions, custom tag/value filters, Any/All matching, and remembered filter state per server.
- Added tag filters to Hosts so inventory browsing can be narrowed by the tags already used in the connected Zabbix environment.
- Added inline latest item values to Problems, host-scoped problem lists, and dashboard Problems widgets so trigger context is visible without opening full details first.
- Added server version and support-status badges to the More server switcher so compatibility state is easier to check after a connection is saved.
- Improved connection setup by separating server/API-version checks from API-credential checks in the Server check section.
- Improved Dashboards so widgets that inherit the Zabbix dashboard time period can use the dashboard default instead of forcing a fixed app range.
- Improved Zabbix
8.0dashboard compatibility with clearer unsupported-widget handling and continued support for the native widget set already available on earlier supported Zabbix lines. - Fixed several dashboard compatibility edge cases around gauge rendering, host availability, host-scoped template dashboards, and nonnumeric Top hosts or Top items values.
